Chapter 1

Bob and Walt were walking down the street.
The meeting with Cher was not the best.

Flashback.
- Am I just talking to hear my brains rattle?
The question echoed in the most absolute emptiness, with a very sarcastic tone.
The woman was dressed in clothes typical of punk, and was reading the magazine "People".
She was very angry, and her eyes you could see her anger very well.
-I'm hot!- The woman almost threw away the magazine.
She had truly a devil for hair.
-Do you hear me? I am hot.-Cher began to walk around the room and walked to her agent.
-Look what it says here.-The furious woman, she pointed to her picture on the cover.
-Okay. "Who's hot! Who's not...Cher... red hot!"
The woman walked away. She needed to blow off steam ... she needed pour out his anger on someone or something.
The man looked at her with perplexity.
-Of course you're hot. You're hotter than hot. You're on fire. No question.-
Despite Award had tried to calm her down, she looked even more furious.
-Then answer me this.Why am I doing this lame-ass TV show...when I should be doing movies?-
The woman was having tantrums just like a small child.
-Because you signed a contract,and the network's holding you to it.-the man's tone became even more quiet.-Besides, Honey and the Beaze ,isn't lame-ass.You're playing a sassy lawyer who uses DNA,evidence to free wrongly-convicted minorities.I mean, this is cutting-edge stuff, Cher.-
However, the discourse that makes sense, did not convince the woman, who looked at him disapprovevole.
-Oh, cut the crap, Howard.Come on. This TV show makes Touched by an Angel look like Trainspotting.-She paused for a second.
The man shook his head, snorting.
-Can I remind you that before I busted my nut to get you this gig...you were, like, two weeks away from being the corner square?-
The woman looked at the man in amazement.
-Center square.- she said-You... You told me they wanted me for center square.-
The man began to stutter. He had lied.
, how could he tell her the truth? Cher was too stubborn to listen to him.
She believed the largest in the world ... when in fact it was not.
She was an actress, a popular singer ... but not at the desired levels.

Chapter 12

Soon returned to California.
Cher had slept all the time, while Loran continued to speak with Marcus.
They did not go straight home.
They stopped in a small space in the vicinity of Santa Barbara, where Marcus decided to make a surprise to Cher.
When she awoke, she found herself dressed in white.
Loran was dressed in a bridesmaid dress really nice.
- What the hell ...-The woman got out of the car seat.
-But where the heck are we? -
Marcus was not there. Were only her and Loran.
-We are in Santa Barbara. Marcus wanted to surprise you. So he decided to come here. -
Replied the girl.
Cher nodded.
-Why am I wearing this dress?-Asked the woman observing the dress.

She smoothed her hair with her hands.
-Loran ... come here a minute ... -
The girl looked at him curiously Cher.
-Your parents have never told you how you were born? -

Chapter 11

Finally they had come to Salem.
Loran had fallen asleep on the way, and Marcus had moved her in the back seatto make her rest better.

Chapter 10

Lor had fallen asleep on the couch.
On the table next to armchairs there was still a cup of hot chocolate, and a sandwich that was not finished.
She was still wearing jeans, and had not even taken off her shoes.
The first rays of the sun lit up her face, so Lor was forced to get up.
Watched the alarm clock very carefully.
It was five-thirty in the morning.
- Oh Heck!-She said, yawning.
Marcus was in the next room, and he had fallen asleep on the bed.
She smiled.
She was very lucky to meet Marcus, he had always protected her. Her parents almost did not exist. They were always away on business. And so Marcus had grown up her as a daughter.
She washed quickly and combed her hair short.
Then, she went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Meanwhile, Marcus woke up calmly.
That night he had a dream, really weird.

She sat by the sea.
Throwing stones in the waves, and watched them sink into the abyss.
She felt tired. She could not sleep a wink that night.
She had heard the local news, and apparently, there had been other deaths due a vampire.
Only this time she was not the killer.
There had to be some other vampire in the town of Salem. But who?
Caressed her flat stomach, and took away the stones in her lap.
That day, something really strange happened.
As usual, she was combing her hair in front of the mirror, just ... this time the mirror had reflected her eyes.
One thing really inusual.
That morning, she found herself almost exhausted, and had dozed off for about a quarter of an hour.

Flash Back.
The first rays of the morning,had lit her face.
Marcus was next to her, and embraced Cher.
She yawned, and kissed the man's chest.
-Good morning ... - The marcus said, stroking her naked back.
-Hey ... - she sighed, patting with her fingers the man's lips.
-Did you sleep well?. -
She nodded.
-Marcus ... -
-Yes? - He asked quizzically.
-You love me ?. -
-Of course! - Replied the man sniffing the woman's hair.
-And ... if something happened between us ... you'd be happy ... ?. -
The man initially showed a little confused. But in the end he realized, seeing the bright light in her eyes, what had happened, and what Cher was saying.
-C ... Cher ... you .... you ... - The man soon learned the news, he was speechless.
She smiled, showing her usual sharp teeth. But her expression was harmonious and joyful.
FlashBack.
Yes, a little baby Marcus was coming. pity only that his father was in Los Angeles, and she did not see him again.
That child would change her life ... but then why cry and despair.
She stood up, and magically conjured a bottle containing a piece of paper.
She tossed between the black waves of the sea.

She was destroyed. With a broken heart. Again she fell in love with the wrong man.
How Marcus could be so mean to her? And most importantly ... why?
What she had done wrong?
Cher was lying on the bed, with shining eyes and a heart full of pain. Inside her, the anger and sadness had become one.
The tears flowed fast on the woman's face.
With tapering fingers wiped her eyes.

Flashback.
They were lying on the bed, and they were making love.
Cher was completely ecstatic. Never a man had loved her like was making .. Marcus
Completely naked on the bed, the man was above her.
Her hands caressed his back while he kissed her with such passion.
He was short of breath. Their passion was so intense, that their bodies were sweaty now.
She called the man's name, and this shivered at the touch of the skin.
The man went to the woman's breasts and her flat abdomen.
Marcus stroked the woman's hair, kissing her breasts.
She arched her back.
She gasped, feeling short of breath.
-Oh dear ...-she said breathlessly.

Chapter 8

Marcus was sitting on the bed.
The woman was asleep.
probably had fainted.
stroked the palm of the woman and sighed with a lot of frustration.
How could a woman as beautiful as her have a life long problematic?
He stroked her face as cold as ice, and kissed her gently on the lips, which soon became redder.
The man's eyes widened.
The woman calmly opened his eyes.
Marcus came up with the bottle of blood.
-Drink, you get your strength. - Said
The woman, however, refused the bottle.
-Leave me alone ... Marcus I want to rest. -
The man did not understand.

Chapter 6

She was turning between the sheets.
Cher was not able to sleep.
her thoughts were all to Marcus.
That man, since he had come into her life (and namely a very little), but he was making her feel better.
The candles were lit and dimly lit throughout the room.
He had never seen her in the mirror, but thanks to Marcus she had finally been able to observe.
